<B>1976-D 50C Bicentennial Half--Double Struck, Double Brockage--MS64 PCGS.</B></I> A half dollar (not the present piece) stuck to the reverse die after it was struck. A planchet was then fed in (to become this coin), and was very softly struck approximately 20% off center toward 8 o'clock. It failed to eject, and was struck again, 50% off center toward 1 o'clock. The second strike was much sharper than the first strike.
