<B>1974 Joe Montana Handwritten Signed Letter to Kim's Parents about First Notre Dame Football Experiences.</B></I> Fantastic three-page letter provides a fresh insight into the earliest days of this superstar's collegiate football career. He writes, in part, "...The first day we were here a coach took all the freshman aside and taught us how to do warm-up. Then he went through our daily work out. You have to memorize how it goes. Learning the plays was the hardest of all. The become a little confusing at first, but after a while everything falls into place. I'm doing pretty good now. We had two scrimmages and I did pretty good in both..." Closing is simply, "Joe." All ink is 10/10, and pages show original mailing folds but no other faults.
