<B>1973 & 1974 Robin Yount Signed Minor League Player's Contracts Lot of 2.</B></I> The first two professional contracts for this eventual Hall of Famer and 3,000 Hit Club member. The earlier "Uniform Player Contract" is dated July 2, 1973, about a month before Yount's eighteenth birthday, and promises to pay $500/month for his services to the Newark Baseball Club of the New York-Pennsylvania League. Various handwritten notes stipulate changes to the original wording of the contract, and include incentive programs and promised funding for college. Robin and both of his parents sign at the close. Two inserted sheets regarding the incentives are here as well, each likewise signed by the young Yount in 10/10 ink. The later contract dates to February 13, 1974 and is signed by Robin alone. A small fold separation must be noted on this one, but otherwise both contracts present perfectly with no notable flaws.
