<B>1972-S 25C Washington Quarter--Obverse Double Struck--PR65 Obverse Cameo ANACS.</B></I> Moderately mirrored beneath milky gold and blue patina. The obverse (hammer) die was loose, and rotated slightly clockwise between the two strikes.
