<B>1972-S 25C Washington Quarter--Obverse Double Struck--PR66 Obverse Cameo ANACS.</B></I> Frosty devices and contrasting blue-gray fields define this luminous proof. The obverse (hammer) die was loose, and rotated several degrees counterclockwise between the two strikes.
