Noted: Francis William "The Big M" Mahovlich, CM (born January 10, 1938) is a former Liberal Senator in the Canadian Senate, and a retired National Hockey League ice hockey player; played on six Stanley Cup-winning teams and is an inductee of the Hockey Hall of Fame. Frank Mahovlich was inducted into the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame in 1999. Also noted: His brother Peter also played professional ice hockey in the NHL.
