<B>1971-S S$1 Eisenhower Dollar--Obverse Double Struck--PR63 Cameo ANACS.</B></I> All modern proof coins are double struck, but this Ike dollar is special in that the obverse (hammer) die rotated approximately 15 degrees clockwise between strikes. The first impression is surprisingly strong, with the mouth and the E in WE particularly bold.
