<B>1971-D 50C Kennedy Half--Double Struck, Second Strike 25% Off Center--MS62 NGC.</B></I> The first strike was normal, but the piece failed to fully eject from the dies, and was struck again, off center toward 10 o'clock relative to the first strike. Both dates and mintmarks are bold.
