1971-79 Lou Brock Game Used Bat. This Adirondack Big Stick 332B is the model favored by the Hall of Fame St. Louis Cardinal as he chased, and eventually reached, the 3,000 hit mark to ensure baseball immortality. Dating from the second half of Brock's storied career, this thirty-four and one quarter inch war club shows excellent use, with several ball and stitch marks visible on the left and back barrel. Also present are several red bat rack streaks and a light coating of pine tar on the uncracked handle. Weight is the proper thirty-one and one half ounces. Number "20" is applied in marker to both the knob and barrel end. In short, this is a top representation of a bat worthy of a glass case in Cooperstown. A bold blue sharpie signature on the barrel is the cherry on top. Graded GU7. LOA from John Taube.
