<B>1970-D<25C> Washington Quarter--Struck on a Cent Planchet--MS65 PCGS.</B></I> PCGS neglected a color designation, which we believe should be Red and Brown. Orange-red fields compare with steel-gray devices. A smooth and satiny Gem with unimportant carbon. LIBERTY and the denomination are off the flan, which is uncentered toward 12 o'clock. The date and mintmark are complete.
