1970 Chalk Pastel Drawing by Ned Jacob. This piece measures approx. 12'' x 5.5''. Ned believes that art has to have something to do with beauty and with excellence. With exhibitions in auch place as ''Museum of the Southwest'' in Texas, ''Wichita Museum of Art'', Wichita, KS, ''El Paso Museum of Art'', El Paso, TX He is well known for his talents.
I am not sure what kind of paper this is. I do not think it is considered artist paper, but I can be wrong. It looks as if it is drawing paper, very thin. Also there is a small tear in the middle of the bottom of the drawing and there is discoloration where the drawing was placed behind some matting
