<B>1970 10C No S PR69 Cameo NGC.</B></I> Prior to 1985, mintmarks were hand-punched into coin dies at the U.S. Mint. Occasionally, human error would result in a mintmark being left off of a die, as it did on this issue, of which 2200 examples are believed to have been struck in San Francisco and released to the public. This piece is fully struck with deep, watery reflectivity in the fields and essentially pristine surfaces.
