<B>1970 10C No S PR67 Cameo NGC.</B></I> A lightly toned Superb Gem of this rare mint error. The cameo contrast is strong on the reverse, and the frost on the portrait is visible when viewed from select angles. No S proof dimes were struck in 1968, 1970, 1975, and 1983. No S proof cents were made in 1990, and a No S proof nickel was inadvertently produced in 1971.
