An uncut sheet from the 1969 Topps 5th series of cards, numbered 426–512, which includes two #500 Mickey Mantle cards, which represents Mantle's final regular issue Topps card. While the sheet is in overall GD to VG condition, the sheet is certainly star studded. In addition to the two regular issue Mantle cards, the 5th series contains other key Hall of Famers such as #412 Mantle CL, #440 Willie McCovey, #450 Billy Williams #460 Joe Torre, #480 Tom Seaver, #485 Gaylord Perry, and #510 Rod Carew, plus the final 10 All Star cards (#426-435). While complete and intact, the approximately 31 x 39 inch sheet has some major issues, with edge wear, staining along the bottom, several heavy creases plus many heavy scratches and paper loss on the front, including light paper loss on both Mantle cards. In spite of these flaws, the sheet would display impressively when matted and framed. It's a rarity to uncover full uncut sheets from this era—50 years ago—but even more rare and highly desirable to have an uncut sheet featuring two cards of Mickey Mantle—his last Topps regular issue card and one of the hobby's favorite cards of Mantle.
