This 1969 Q code Mustang Convertible with the 428 Cobra Jet engine (non ram-air) was completely disassembled and restored from the ground up in Medicine Hat, Alberta. The car has a Wimbledon White exterior, black power roof, and black interior with the Interior Decor Group. It is equipped with reproduction Magnum 500 wheels and comes with factory correct chrome steel wheels with center caps and trim rings as well as reproduction Firestone wide oval F70-14 tires. The engine is a 428 Cobra Jet 8 cylinder 4-V non ram-air with 335 horsepower conservatively estimated by Ford in 1969. The car has the C-6 Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic transmission, competition suspension, power brakes, power steering, and tilt steering wheel. The power steering, brakes and top were installed by Ken Berger of Scottsdale, Arizona. The car was built November 25th, 1968, one of only 122 Mustang Cobra Jet convertibles, and one of only 30 convertibles built with the 428 Cobra Jet and an automatic transmission according to Marti Auto Works. The original invoice and build sheet come with the car. The only know defect is that the passenger side mirror is missing.
