On the front left tail of this jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's wash size "40" tag. Below this tag is the "Wilson 1968 SET 1" label. Inside the back of the collar is an embroidered strip tag reading "22-68-1-40" indicating player number, year, set, and size. Across the front of the jersey is "CHICAGO". On the back is the player number "22". All lettering and numbering is done in blue on red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Cubs team logo patch. On the right sleeve is the "Illinois Sesquicentennial" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
