This original handbill is from the April 8, 1968, memorial for Martin Luther King that was sponsored by The Peace and Freedom Movement of San Francisco, a political party that grew out of the Black Panther movement in the 1960's & 70's. It includes is a list of demands, including the immediate release of all political prisoners and that all business in San Francisco cease business on the day of the memorial. This poster is unused and in excellent condition, printed on thin paper and is starting to yellow from age. Size is 8 1/2" x 14".

The majority of our shipping is done in house by Paige Auction Staff. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS. Shipping is based on the actual value, weight, size and destination of your delivery. Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days of the close of auction. If you need something sooner please contact us during normal hours.
Once your items have been packaged we will complete your invoice and include all shipping costs. At that time we will invoice you with your completed total. No double invoices or separate bill for your shipping and items.
If there is a problem with your order, such as bad address, invalid card number, then the order will be held until these issues are resolved with the customer.

Please read the terms and conditions of the sale before bidding with Paige Auction. Anyone who bids is bound by these terms and conditions of the sale. All items for sale are as is, and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Rights & Responsibilities:
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to re-open the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews and/or the auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. No lot may be transferred to another buyer.
