<B>1967-68 Don Meredith Game Worn Jersey.</B></I> "Dandy Don" may be better remembered for his unorthodox delivery and offbeat banter and antics in the Monday Night Football booth, but he was an incredibly gifted college quarterback at Southern Methodist University and a Pro Bowl star of the Dallas Cowboys in the wild 1960's. This long-sleeved durene specimen dates from the final two seasons of Meredith's time in the Lone Star State, exhibiting appropriate light quarterback wear. Number "17" in royal blue tackle twill is affixed to chest, back and shoulders with interior rope stitching in proper serafed font. The distinctive elastic side panels are essential to Meredith's favored style. Local Terrell, Texas "Southland" label in collar is joined by cloth "Size 48" flap tag. A solid representation from one of the most recognizable figures of the Cowboys' infancy.
