<B>1967 50C SMS MS68 Deep Cameo PCGS.</B></I> 1967 saw the last of the three Special Mint Sets, before the Mint resumed adding mintmarks to coinage and shifted production of proof sets to San Francisco, where it remains to this day. The 1967 Kennedy halves are somewhat more available than the 1965s and 1966s with deep cameo contrast, while still elusive. The present piece offers an awesome strike with jet-black fields and nicely frosted devices, virtually indistinguishable from a true proof. A small mark on Kennedy's nose is the only discernible flaw. Another finest known from this fabulous consignment.
