1966 Mercedes-Benz 600 Series Pullman SWB Limousine 6332 cc V8 engine rated at 250 horsepower, Bosch mechanical fuel injection, automatic transmission, independent front and single joint swing axle rear air suspension, four-wheel disc brakes; wheelbase: 126"-By the early Sixties, the German recovery was in full swing. Mercedes took a significant step above their 300 sedan with its 1963 replacement, the 600. Referred to as the ÑPullman,Ò it was a giant leap forward in terms of size, luxury, and style for Mercedes. Equipped with a new 6.3 liter V8, the engine was a huge advance in both technology and power. The long and short wheelbase Pullman became the vehicle of choice for the rich and famous around the world. This 600 is a desirable short wheelbase model. Originally sold by Loeber Motors Mercedes-Benz in Chicago, Illinois, to Mel Boldt & Associates in 1966, he owned it for 12 years. It was subsequently purchased by Dr. Gale Miller of Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1978. An attorney in Cincinnati was the most recent owner, purchasing the car from Dr. Miller back in 2000. At this
