<B>1965<50C> SMS MS67 Ultra Cameo NGC.</B></I> A second outstanding Ultra Cameo of this highly collectible date. The vast majority of SMS coins do not show the depth of field that proofs do. Nor were the planchets polished, and allegedly they were not struck twice like proof coins were. If one did not know this, we maintain it would be impossible to differentiate between proofs and SMS coins if all a person had to look at were coins like these two 1965s. Brilliant throughout, the fields show unfathomable depth of mirrored reflectivity and the devices are heavily frosted. There are no noticeable contact marks on either side, just a curved lint mark in the field in front of JFK's nose.
