<B>1965 Kennedy Half--Broadstruck--SMS MS66 <img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"> NGC.</B></I> This special mint set half dollar was struck without a collar die to restrain the expansion during the strike. The rims are unusually wide, particularly along the left border, and the legends near the rims exhibit spreading characteristic of a broadstrike.
