You agree that all sales are final. Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that Melonville Memorabilia Sports Collectibles Inc. and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 3 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.

Melonville Memorabilia Sports Collectibles Inc. holds the right to hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions. Credit Cards will be processed for payment 2 Weeks after auction concludes if payment and pick up has not been prearranged.

Shipping Details:
Invoice total and shipping cost will be done under separate charges. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to the purchaser. We use Canada Post for shipping out the winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. Shipping charges will include $3 handling fee per shipment.
