This is an original charcoal drawing on paper from 1964 by Richard Segalman (1934-), believed to be entitled " Beatnik ". Depicted is a long haired female in an alluring pose, wrapped in a blanket and smoking a cigaratte. Signed " Segalman 64 ". Frame measures 24.5" x 29" x 1.25", and the portion of the drawing visible (inside the linen matting) 17" x 21.25. This work was matted and framed over 30 years ago and has not been examined out of the frame.
