<B>1960's Dan Reeves Handwritten Signed Note.</B></I> Proving himself to be a true sporting visionary, this Hall of Fame executive moved the Cleveland Rams to Los Angeles in 1946 and also beat Major League Baseball to the punch by hiring the first black athlete in the post-war NFL the same season. Here he pens a brief note to a friend, reading "Dear Bill, Unfortunately I will be in the East on March 22. I know it will be a great success. Dan Reeves." All ink remains in splendid 10/10 condition, and only the faintest few dots of foxing can be spotted on the government postcard (unmailed) that serves as its home. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.</B></I>
