<B>1960 1C Small Date PR68 Deep Cameo PCGS.</B></I> The 1960 Small Date is much scarcer than its Large Date counterpart, both in business strike and proof format. Nonetheless, Small Date proofs are obtainable, particularly if some toning or spotting is acceptable. What makes the present piece remarkable is its radiant frosted devices and exemplary, carbon-free surfaces. The orange-red color is seamless, aside from a wisp of powder-blue tint at 6 o'clock on the reverse.
