1959 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines PCGS. Like most extant Uncirculated 1959 Halves, this coin is fully brilliant. There the similarity ends. Most survivors are noticeably abraded with inadequate striking definition. In fact, the 1959, per Tomaska, is one of the most poorly produced P-mint issues in the Franklin Half series, and it is underrated in all grades above the MS64 level. The fully frosted surfaces of the present Gem are distraction-free save for two small, out-of-the-way reeding marks in the left reverse field. Attractive in regards, and solidly graded. Population: 10 in 66 Full Bell Lines, none are finer (10/02). Important notice: We expect to be auctioning lots at the rate of 200-250 per hour. Sometimes eBay Premier live bid software cannot keep up with that pace, so we strongly recommend that you place a realistic proxy bid now as insurance to avoid disappointment. Also please note that all Heritage/CAA lots purchased through eBay Premier carry a 20% Buyer's Premium. Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions.
