<B>1957 Philadelphia Athletics Hall of Famers Signed Sheet with Foxx, Baker, Speaker.</B></I> Both of Connie Mack's great dynasties are represented on this Western Union sending blank, which features five of the best that Cooperstown has to offer. Only "Wahoo Sam" Crawford failed to represent the white elephants at some point in his career, not counting the sixth autograph which we assume to be a telegraph operator's. The blue ink autographs of Grove, Foxx, Baker, Crawford and Speaker maintain the same 9+/10 boldness of their application a half-century ago, and a single vertical center fold can do nothing to distract from their beauty. A typed caption at upper right notes, "At Kansas City, Mo., June 7, 1957, Hall of Fame Ceremony, Phila-KSC Athletics." Sheet measures 4.5x6.5". Tape staining and minor tearing at edges remains far clear of the autographs and are mentioned only for accuracy's sake. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.
