<B>Circa 1956 Roberto Clemente Signed Baseball.</B></I> A strong blue ink signature over the Spalding stamping on this ONL (Giles) ball finds the Pittsburgh Pirates hero in his most desirable rookie-era style. The important autograph presents quite convincingly as a single, though eight others have lent their names to the cause, most notably fellow Pirates Groat, Virdon and Friend and Chicago Cubs Hall of Famer Ernie Banks. All signatures rate better than 8/10. A great opportunity to own a strong, early Clemente on a baseball at a reasonable price. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.</B></I>
