The brave racial pioneer resides among the twenty-five autographs from the National League Champs, with other notables including Snider, Reese, Drysdale, Alston, Hodges, Newcombe, Erskine, Furillo and Gilliam. Both the autographs and the ball itself earned subgrades of NM 7 on PSA's very strict grading scale.
