1951-S<10C> MS68 Full Bands PCGS. Both sides are highly frosted and silver-white, with iridescent patina in shades of amber, magenta, and mint-green. Both sets of horizontal lines that bind the fasces are fully split all along their length, and the vertical lines are outlined as well. The eye appeal is off the charts. A tiny die crack joins the lower right fasces corner to the top of the I in DIME. A search through our auction archives confirms that this is the highest graded of this conditionally elusive issue we have ever had the privilege to offer. One of five so graded at PCGS, with none finer (7/06).
