1951 "New York Champions" cardboard advertisement featuring both HOF skippers of the New York squads, Casey Stengel and Leo Durocher, mugging for their favorite "Much Milder" cigarette. The banner fluttering over the heads of this managerial pair dates this piece definitively to the season of Bobby Thomson's "Shot Heard 'Round The World," the only year these two managers faced off in the Fall Classic. Produced for display solely in the Big Apple, matted and framed to 26-1/2' x 27-1/2", appears to be VG with edge wear and some heavier creasing on the top half.
