Washington MS67 PCGS.</B></I> This series and the Carver-Washington half dollar series rounded out the classic commemorative series, bringing the total of silver varieties to 144 coins. Few Superb quality examples of these two subsets exist today, as the quality was generally not that high when the coins were struck. This piece has frosty luster beneath impressive gold, lilac, and iridescent toning. It is nearly perfect, and has never been exceeded by any examples certified by PCGS.
