<B>1950-S 50C Booker T. Washington MS67 PCGS.</B></I> Ex: JFS Collection. A carefully preserved representative that displays a wide range of color. The obverse has a scarlet center surrounded by deep blue margins, while the reverse has bright antique-gold in the center that fades to magenta-red and deep blue at the margin. While the Iowa commemorative had offered the promise of a reformed commemorative coin program, by the time San Francisco struck this coin, the old abuses were all too clear.
