Indeed, it is the single highest-grade example that NGC has seen fit to assign the coveted Star <I>and</B></I> 5 Full Steps. Moreover, its intensely lustrous surfaces are covered in pastels of sky-blue, lavender, golden-beige, and orange-gold. A couple of grade-consistent obverse marks do not disturb in the least, and are mentioned simply for accuracy.
