<B>1950-D 5C MS67 Five Full Steps NGC.</B></I> Ex: Omaha Bank Hoard. The 1950-D has a low mintage of 2.63 million pieces, but the issue is best known as the focal point of the roll-collecting boom, circa 1955 to 1964. Although Mint State rolls have been hoarded since its production, most examples lack the crisp strike and nearly unmarked surfaces of the present Superb Gem. Light blended pearl-gray and tan toning only adds to the eye appeal.
