<B>1950 50C PR68 NGC.</B></I> A deeply mirrored example that has noticeable cameo effect on the sharply struck reverse. The surfaces show none of the milk spots, hairlines, and other annoyances that so often plague this earliest of Franklin proofs. The NGC holder has faint marks that unfairly reflect upon the obverse.
