<B>1950 50C PR68 NGC.</B></I> A deeply reflective example that has a modest cameo effect on the sharply struck reverse. The surfaces are deeply reflective and have none of the milk spots, hairlines, and other annoyances that so often plague this earliest of Franklin proofs.
