The signature model Hillerich & Bradsby center brand markings denote a production period of 1943 to 1949, but factory records show that Reese first ordered this M117 model in 1949, allowing us to narrow its usage to that single season. With career-best totals posted by Reese in both hits (172) and homers (16), and National League Championship pedigree besides, 1949 would rank among the most desirable vintages for a Pee Wee gamer.
