<B>1948 Honus Wagner Signed Photograph.</B></I> If the widely held belief that Wagner removed himself from the T206 set due to his opposition to tobacco is true, the Old Dutchman clearly had a change of heart in his later years. Here he prepares to enjoy a chew in the uniform of a team he first represented almost a half century earlier. A simply unimprovable inscription to a noted Dodgers executive decorates Wagner's chest, reading, "To My Good friend Danny Goodman, Honus Wagner, 4-18-48." A small amount of ink staining at the lower border causes no concern and remains the only condition issue of note. Size is 8x10". Consigned by the same Goodman family member who submitted the 1948 Babe Ruth signed photograph to this auction. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.
