<B>1946-D/D<5C> MS65 Full Steps PCGS.</B></I> FS-031. The remnants of an errant D are west of the mintmark. Well struck with intense mint frost on both sides and silver gray surfaces that are nearly untoned, save for a splash of orange-red color near the left reverse rim at 9 o'clock. The carefully preserved surfaces are distraction-free. Population: 2 in 65, 2 finer (9/06).
