<B>1946 Babe Ruth Signed Check.</B></I> Highly desirable check format presents a bold block lettered "Babe Ruth" at left and the baseball legend's unmistakable and 9/10 black fountain pen "GH Ruth" at lower right. Payment is made for $2.02 to a "Jay Thorpe," though all but the Babe's signature appears to be in another hand. A light vertical center fold is the only condition issue worthy of note, with the overall presentation still falling easily within a NRMT designation. The check is attractively matted and framed beneath a modern photographic print of the Babe in his prime, extending the final dimensions to 15x21". <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.
