<B>1946 5C MS66 Full Steps PCGS.</B></I> Nagengast indicates in his 2002 edition of <I>The Jefferson Nickel Analyst</B></I> that most of the issue is less than choice because the coins normally have rough surfaces. This uncommonly well preserved example is nicely toned in multicolored pastel shades and is boldly struck for the issue.
