<B>1946 50C Iowa MS68 NGC.</B></I> A large number of Iowa commemorative halves have been certified through MS66 by NGC and PCGS. The population drops significantly in MS67, and again in MS68. Rainbow toning concentrates at the obverse periphery, leaving the remaining surfaces on both sides brilliant. Exquisitely struck, highly lustrous, and immaculately preserved.
