<B>1945 Detroit Tigers Team Signed Large Photograph.</B></I> With Japan's surrender in early August signaling the conclusion of the Second World War, Major League Baseball was starting to return to its old look at the close of the 1945 season. Here's the team that claimed October glory during that happy time, with all but two of the Tigers pictured applying an 8/10 or better ink signature to his personal image. Most noteworthy are Hall of Famers Greenberg and Newhouser, with O'Neill, York, Cramer, Swift, Maier, Mayo, Outlaw, Trout and Cullenbine (6/10) also checking in. Photo measures a sizeable 8.5x13", and exhibits only minor "waving" and a 3/4" edge tear that are not apparent except upon very close inspection.
