<B>1945-? 10C Mercury Dime--Struck 50% Off-Center--MS66 Full Bands NGC.</B></I> While the area that might show a mintmark is off the flan, all four digits of the date are complete and plain on this impressive error. The design, shifted toward 10 o'clock on the reverse, offers excellent definition, including a complete split on the bands of the fasces.
