IN GOD WE TRUST is boldly hub doubled, a feature common on many 1943 Walking Liberties. A thin iridescent crescent of copper and indigo toning graces the obverse, with a touch of color on the lower reverse. Somewhat flatly struck through the centers, but exhibiting superior satiny luster. A couple of hidden scratches are noted on the eagle. Census: 1 in 67 <img border='0' src='http://www.heritagecoins.com/images/star.gif' width=10 height=10>, 0 finer (9/06).
