<B>1943 (New York Yankees) & 1946 (Brooklyn Dodgers Phantom) World Series Press Pins.</B></I> War-time Yankees pin is a tough one for collectors, who excuse its understated aesthetics resulting from World War II shortages. Some tarnishing must be noted, but the pin still presents beautifully. The Dodgers pin offers a similarly spartan look and is filed under "phantom" due to a second place finish to the St. Louis Cardinals this season. Lack of use has left it in flawless condition.
