<B>1943 Kenesaw Mountain Landis Signed Letter to Ford Frick.</B></I> The fierce Commissioner best remembered for levying the lifetime ban upon the Eight Men Out of the 1919 Chicago White Sox offers a few thoughts about "post-war planning" to the National League president. Landis references fellow Hall of Famers Branch Rickey and William Harridge in the typed text on "Baseball" letterhead, and closes with a flawless 10/10 black fountain pen signature. A former owner has affixed a small newspaper image of Landis to the bottom left corner. Original mailing folds, otherwise NRMT+. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.</B></I>
