<B>1943-D 1C Lincoln Cent--Struck on an Australia Sixpence Planchet--AU50 ANACS.</B></I> The silver alloy of an Australian sixpence planchet is similar in color to the usual steel alloy for a 1943-D, which allowed this wrong planchet error to remain briefly in circulation. Well centered with full rims and light tan and gold toning.
